Hi! I’m Maria Fazio, the Clinical Director at Growing Foundations ABA Therapy. With a deep passion for the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and family-centered care, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and helping families navigate their unique journeys with confidence and clarity.
I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in New Jersey and New York, with over a decade of experience in ABA. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, but always guided by empathy, collaboration, and respect for each child’s individual strengths and needs. I work closely with our team to make sure every therapy plan is personalized, purposeful, and built on trust, inclusion, and growth.
