Behavior Technician & Registered Behavior Technician Position: Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and in center-based settings. Collect and input data on client progress using RethinkBH, while Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA. Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and staff regarding progress and needs.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the reasons behind specific behaviors. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and evidence-based practices. Oversee and supervise ABA services in 1:1 and group settings while providing guidance and training to technicians and other professionals on implementing behavior-analytic interventions. Collect and analyze data to monitor child progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Maintain accurate and thorough records of treatment plans, assessments, progress, and other relevant information (RethinkBH). Communicate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent and effective implementation of treatment plans.
