At Growing Foundations ABA Therapy, we believe every child deserves personalized support to reach their full potential. Our enrollment process is simple and designed to guide you every step of the way—from initial assessment to starting services. Whether you are new to ABA Therapy or transitioning from another provider, we are here to make the process smooth, supportive, and stress-free.
The Enrollment Process
Once we have received the required documents and information requested below and processed them, we will reach out to your
insurance company to ensure we can provide ABA Therapy under your policy. Once approved, our Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will begin the Initial Assessment with your child.
Our assessment process for new patients first consists of an initial consultation with the client and
parents or caregivers to gather information about developmental history, behaviors, and concerns. Then, a
psychological assessment is scheduled to be completed. Based on findings, the behavior analyst will then come
up with a treatment plan tailored to the clients needs. The entire process may vary from 5-8 hours.
After the assessment is complete and the treatment plan is curated. We must submit that back to your
insurance provider for approval of treatment. After that is approved, we then begin the treatment process. At
the 6-Month mark of using our tailored ABA treatment plan, Growing Foundations BCBA’s will look at the
results and compare to the child’s initial assessment to ensure progress and make changes where needed.
